How to Use:
- The gift card is valid for a period of two months. The expiry date is stamped on the card.
- Cannot be used after the expiry date.
- Cannot be used for special promotions.
- Can only be used once to pay for a tattoo service over $200.
- Cannot be used to pay the deposit for an appointment.
- Cannot be used to purchase aftercare products.
- Can be transferred to a family member, relative, friend, or acquaintance.
- Flame Wise Ink have the right to decline the use of the gift card if a staff member was not able to verify the validity of it.
Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to the use of a $50 gift card presented to you by Flame Wise Ink staff member.
2. Flame Wise Ink reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Flame Wise Ink gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Flame Wise Ink tattoo gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Flame Wise Ink gift cards remain the property of Flame Wise Ink who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
3. The Flame Wise Ink gift card cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged
If your gift card gets lost, stolen or damaged, Flame Wise Ink holds no responsibility for providing you with a replacement.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario: https://www.ontario.ca/page/buying-or-using-gift-cards. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
